Day 4 - 60 Min Long Run

This morning's workout was a 60 min long slow run. The first 10 minutes I asked myself "why exactly am I doing this again?", the next 40 min felt great and I knew exactly why I was doing it, which were followed by the last 10 min when I again questioned why the hell I'm doing this!

This was the only workout for the day today, so I'm done until tomorrow's swim!

  1. Good for you! I keep praying for spring-like temps to come our way. I am sure that would help to make these workouts much more enjoyable! Keep up the good work!!!
