Day 3 Lunch Swim

Warm Up - 4x75 last 25 in each is backstroke
Main - 3x400, each one progressively faster
Cool Down - 150 easy

  2. So far so good! I've been going to bed early and keeping up on sleep! It's funny, I feel more alert and have more energy. The plan I'm following eases into it for the first couple of weeks and then things will get a little more intense after that! I still think they should develop an IPod for underwater when you're swimming long distances!
