Day 4 - 60 Min Long Run
This morning's workout was a 60 min long slow run. The first 10 minutes I asked myself "why exactly am I doing this again?", the next 40 min felt great and I knew exactly why I was doing it, which were followed by the last 10 min when I again questioned why the hell I'm doing this!
This was the only workout for the day today, so I'm done until tomorrow's swim!
Thu 2/26/09 5:30 am Run 60 min 6.6 mi 9:05 min per mile Effort: 14 HR: ave 156 max 167 BPM

The majority of the bike course encompasses the quiet, scenic communities of Exeter, West Greenwich, Coventry, North Scituate and Johnston. The bike route finishes in downtown Providence, with the bike-to-run transition located at Waterplace Park. The two-loop run course takes athletes through the historic East Side of Providence, tree-lined Blackstone Boulevard, Brown University campus and downtown Providence's business district.
